野生脱皮马勃萌发和菌丝生长条件的研究
Study on the Germination of Wild Lasiosphaera fenzli and the Conditions of Submerged Culture for Mycelium
此次实验以野生脱皮马勃的菌丝生长量和生长状况为指标探究了马勃孢子萌发和菌丝生长的适宜条件以及生长所需培养基组分并优化培养基组分即碳源、氮源、无机盐的合适配比。实验主要探究了野生脱皮马勃萌发和萌发后菌丝生长的培养条件以及生长培养基,并采用正交实验优化了马勃固体发酵的培养基。结果表明:脱皮马勃生长所需培养基最佳组分为玉米粉、黄豆粉、土壤、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸镁和琼脂,优化培养基配方为:玉米粉3.0%、黄豆粉1.5%、磷酸二氢钾0.15%、硫酸镁0.15%、琼脂1.5%、土壤20%,菌丝生长条件是:培养温度30℃、孢子悬浮液接种量为1ml、浓度为107/ml。
In this paperthe germination of wild Lasiosphaera fenzli, suitable conditions for mycelium growth and the components of medium required by the growth were studied using the biomass of L. fenzli mycelium as indicating index. The optimal culture conditions and growth medium for germination of spores and mycelium growth. The results showed that the optimal components of medium required by the L. fenzli mycelium growth are: corn flour 3.0%, soybean powder1.5%, KH2PO4 0.1%, MgSO4 0.1%, agar1.5%, soil 20%. The optimal culture conditions were 30℃ and inoculum size of 1ml with a spore concentration of 107/ml.
