不同的蜡梅品种花内被片具有颜色的变化,本文选取内被片红色与黄色的两个基因型,通过花瓣转录组测序的数据库,分离得到1个MYB基因CpMYB21658,该基因cDNA全长 756bp,共编码252个氨基酸。通过序列分析,结果初步显示:该基因是一个具有抑制作用的转录因子,对其进化及其表达谱分析可知,该基因可能对类黄酮类的生物合成具有负调控作用。对其启动子分析,发现其有大量的光响应元件和激素响应元件。

Wintersweet (Chimonanthus praecox) is a traditional ornamental shrub in China. The inner-tepals of its flowers presented different colors with the different cultivars. Two genotypes -- 'H29'with mauve inner tepals and 'H64'with yellow inner tepals, were sampled in this study. Then from the flowers of two genotypes,two transcriptomic libraries were separately constructed using RNA-seq, and from the libararies a MYB gene--CpMYB216585 was indentified and cloned. The full-length cDNA of CpMYB216585 was 756 bp which codes for 252 amino acids. By analysis of its sequences, it indicated that the gene is a transcription factor with inhibiting effect. Besides, through phylogenetic treeing of some MYBs and analysis of the gene expression profiles in different flowering time we can inferred that the CpMYB21658 possibly acts as a negative regulator to biosynthesis of flavonoids. Furthermore the promotor of this gene contains some photoresponsive and hormones responsive elements.
