硼泥部分替代膨润土的探索性研究
Exploratory Study on Boron Mud Partly Substitute Bentonite
硼泥是化工厂用硼镁石或硼镁铁矿石为原料用火法制取硼砂或硼酸的残余物,污染环境且利用率不高。在实验室条件下,进行了硼泥部分替代膨润土的探索性研究。考察了硼泥对氧化球团生球性能和成品球团性能的影响,并进行了理论分析。研究表明,硼泥可部分替代膨润土用于氧化球团的生产,当外加硼泥添加剂1.0%时,可将膨润土配比由常规生产的1.0%降至0.3%,成品球团的冶金性能满足高炉冶炼要求。
Boron mud is the residue in the pyrogenic process producing borax or boric acid with the raw material of szaibelyite or ludwigite in chemical factories,which utilization is relatively low and pollute the environment. Exploratory study on boron mud partly substitute bentonite was carried out in the paper at laboratory conditions. The effects of boron mud on performance of green and roasting pellet were investigated systemically and theoretically. The results showed that boron mud could partly substitute bentonite to oxidized pellet production. The bentonite ratio can be reduced from 1.0% to 0.3% with pulsing 1.0% boron mud additives. In the case, the metallurgical properties of the finished pellets can meet the blast furnace smelting requirements.
