二氧化硅含量对陶粒性能的影响研究
Effect of SiO2 on the Characteristics of Lightweight Aggregate
污水污泥处置是环境领域的一个难题,传统工艺如土地填埋,堆肥等易造成二次污染。本文以污水污泥辅河道底泥为原料制备轻质陶粒, 研究在备过程中,原料中SiO2含量变化对陶粒性能的影响。研究表明在SiO2含量为35%时可制备出性能最佳的陶粒。
Sewage sludge disposal has been a serious environmental issue, traditional methods such as landfills, composting can easily lead to secondary pollution. The paper used sewage sludge as a raw material preparation combined with river sediment to produce lightweight aggregates, and the effects of SiO2 content on the Characteristics of lightweight aggregates were studied. Research shown that have shown that lightweight aggregates with high Performance at SiO2 content is 35%.
