棉花Phi类GSTs基因家族进化机制解析

谷胱甘肽硫转移酶是一类古老的、多功能基因家族。在植物中,Phi类GSTs(Glutathione S-transferase)基因家族起着重要作用,涉及多种生物或非生物胁迫反应。为了更好的解析棉花基因组中Phi类基因进化机制,本研究利用生物信息学手段,在亚洲棉、雷蒙德氏棉和陆地棉数据库中共鉴定出24个Phi类GSTs基因,并且三个棉种中Phi类基因的数量和序列存在一一对应的同源关系。基因结构分析显示棉花大部分的Phi类基因有2个内含子;根据系统发育进化分析,Phi类GSTs基因在棉花中可能存在大量的基因丢失。以上结果为进一步研究棉花Phi类GSTs基因家族基因的功能提供了基础数据。

Glutathione S-transferase is one kind of ancient and multifunctional gene family. In plants, the Phi class GSTs genes play an important role under biotic or abiotic stress. In order to insight into the involution of Phi class GSTs genes in cotton genomes, twenty four phi class geneswere identified in Gossypium arboreum, Gossypium raimondii and Gossypium hirsutum genomes by bioinformatics in this study, furthermore, the sequences were highly conserved in Gossypium genomes. Gene structure analysis showed that most of the Phi class genes had 2 introns in Gossypium. According to phylogenetic tree analysis, gene loss of Phi class genes might be happened in Gossypium. These results provide basic data for further identifing the functions of phi class GSTs gene family in Gossypium.
