用氧冷等离子体对杨木单板进行改性处理,研究不同处理功率和处理时间下杨木单板胶合强度的影响,结果表明:氧冷等离子体处理能显著地改善杨木单板的胶合强度。经不同条件氧冷等离子体处理后,杨木单板胶合强度提高幅度为10%~50%。较优的处理条件为:处理功率200w,处理时间3min。通过扫描电镜观测,氧冷等离子体处理对杨木纤维表面产生了纳米尺度上的蚀刻作用,有利于胶粘剂的均匀扩散,提高杨木单板间的胶合强度。

his paper investigated the effect of oxygen cold plasma treatment on the bonding strength of hybrid poplar veneers. The results show that the oxygen cold plasma treatment can improve the veneer bonding strength remarkably,The improve rate of bonding strength ranges 10%~50% Optimized processing conditions are with power of 200w and treatment time of 3min. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis revealed the formation of nano-sized channels on the surface of poplar fiber after oxygen cold plasma treatment, which could lead to spead the resin uniformly and improve the bonding strength of the plywood.
