采用线性扫描伏安法(LSV)、循环伏安法(CV)和微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)等电化学手段研究了熊果苷(ABT)在玻碳电极上的电化学行为。实验结果表明:在0.20 mol·L-1的pH 2.0 Britton-Robinson (B-R)缓冲溶液中, ABT在0.86 V(vs. SCE)处有一灵敏的氧化峰,在0.0 V有一较小的还原峰。以氧化峰为考察对象,对试验条件进行了优化。在最佳条件下,ABT浓度在2.0×10-7~8.0×10-6 mol·L-1范围内与氧化峰电流有良好的线性关系,检测限为1.4×10-7 mol·L-1。该方法用于模拟化妆品中ABT的检测,结果令人满意。

he voltammetric behavior of arbutin (ABT) on glassy carbon electrode was carefully studied by different electrochemical methods such as cyclic voltammetry(CV), linear sweep voltammetry(LSV) and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV). In 0.20 mol/L pH 2.0 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution, ABT has a well-defined oxidative peak at 0.86 V (vs. SCE). The conditions for detection were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the oxidative peak current of ABT was linear with the concentration of ABT in the range from 2.0×10-7~8.0×10-6 mol·L-1, and the detection limit is 1.4×10-7 mol/L. The method was used in the detection of ABT in cosmetic product, and the result was satisfied.
