脱氧核酶在DNA逻辑门上的应用

NA逻辑门是DNA纳米技术在DNA计算上的重要研究方向,不同DNA逻辑门之间的连接通信需要构建更多基本逻辑单元。脱氧核酶是DNA逻辑门的主要构建元件,具有催化切割RNA、DNA分子的功能。基于脱氧核酶催化切割DNA分子的特性,提出了两种可用于构建DNA逻辑门的脱氧核酶元件,通过对逻辑门元件结构和DNA序列的设计,构建了与非(NAND)和或非(NOR)两种DNA逻辑门,并且输入输出信号均为DNA单链,结果通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)实验呈现,实验结果实现了NAND门和NOR门。
NA logic gate is important research interest of DNA nanotechnology in DNA computing. Connection communication between different DNA logic gates requires the construction of more basic logic elements. Deoxyribozyme is the main building element of DNA logic gates, which has the catalytic function of cleaving RNA and DNA molecules. Based on the DNA-cleaving catalytic property of the deoxyribozyme, two deoxyribozyme elements which can be used to construct the DNA gate were proposed. Though the design of logic gate elements and DNA sequences, two classes of DNA logic gates, NAND and NOR gate were constructed, which the input and output signals were both DNA strand. The results were verified by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), which realized the NAND and NOR gate.
