失能老年人照料者抑郁情绪的二因素模型

he psychological health of caregivers of older adults and related theory have become the hot research point against be background of aging. This study based on the Two-factor Model to explore the effect of social support (positive factor) and strain index (negative factor) on caregiver depression level and the moderating effect of self-efficacy in this model. Finally 150 caregivers of old adults were one-to-one interviewed. The results showed that: (1) the caregivers' depression level would be influenced by both negative and positive factors; (2)caregivers' strain index plays a fully mediated on care recipients functional independence to caregiver depression level; (3) as a psychological characteristic, self-efficacy has a direct and indirect effect on caregivers' depression level. Caregivers with high level depression usually reported low level self-efficacy and cannot take full advantage of social support. These results provided guidance on how to intervene for caregivers.?????
