高速公路上特殊路段驾驶行为不当极易引发交通事故,驾驶行为与驾驶员气质特征及智能监控平台的监管紧密相连,从气质特征及平台监管角度出发规范驾驶行为具有重要意义,论文通过回收焦作市营运驾驶员138份有效问卷可知:驾驶员按气质特征可分为急躁型、冲动型、稳重型和谨慎型,不同气质特征驾驶员对平台的主观认知不同。将气质特征与主观认知问卷用SPSS软件进行差异性分析,得出气质特征与平台监管效果认知存在显著性差异。不同气质特征驾驶员对平台主观认知不同,影响企业对驾驶行为的监管,因此对不同类别驾驶员进行针对性教育,有利于提高驾驶员对智能监控平台的认知,便于企业约束和规范驾驶行为,减少驾驶员在特殊路段因监管不当产生的错误驾驶行为,从而避免特殊路段交通安全事故的发生。

Improper driving behavior on special sections of expressway is very easy to cause traffic accidents. Driving behavior is closely related to driver\'s temperament characteristics and the supervision of intelligent monitoring platform. It is of great significance to standardize driving behavior from the perspective of temperament characteristics and platform supervision. Through the recovery of 138 effective questionnaires from Jiaozuo operating drivers, it can be seen that drivers can be divided into impatient type and impatient type according to temperament characteristics Impulsive, steady and cautious, drivers with different temperament characteristics have different subjective cognition of the platform. Through the difference analysis of temperament characteristics and subjective cognition questionnaire with SPSS software, it is concluded that there are significant differences between temperament characteristics and platform supervision effect cognition. Drivers with different temperament characteristics have different subjective cognition of the platform, which affects the supervision of driving behavior by enterprises. Therefore, targeted education for different types of drivers is helpful to improve drivers\' cognition of the intelligent monitoring platform, facilitate enterprises to restrict and standardize driving behavior, and reduce drivers\' wrong driving behavior due to improper supervision in special sections, So as to avoid the occurrence of traffic safety accidents in special sections.
