热处理对混杂复合材料干摩擦磨损行为的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on Wear Behavior of Hybrid Composites
对Al2O3f+Cf/ZL109混杂复合材料进行热处理,并对热处理后的复合材料进行干摩擦磨损行为进行研究。结果表明:热处理提高了混杂复合材料的干摩擦么损性能。在峰时效和过时效初期具有较高的耐磨性能。对于铸态复合材料,其磨损机制主要为犁沟磨损和层离,而热处理态复合材料则为较轻的犁沟磨损。
fter be heat treated, the wear behavior of the Al2O3f+Cf/ZL109 hybrid composites was studied. The results indicated that the heat treatment was beneficial to improving the wear resistance of the composites. Furthermore, the composites possessed an excellent wear resistance under the conditions of peak aging and initial overaging. The wear resistance mechanism the as-cast composites was furrow and delamination, but the mild furrow was the main wear resistance mechanism of the heat treated composites
