金属粉末钢模压制过程中压制力的解析求法研究

粉末冶金技术具有节材、高效和近净(终)成形等突出优点,钢模压制是金属粉末生坯成形工艺中最常见的一种方法。获得密度均匀、强度较高的坯体,具有重要的工程意义。本文根据金属粉末典型钢单向模压制工艺,建立了坯体内部压制力计算模型,计算研究了圆柱形坯体钢模单向压制力分布函数,且坏体中间截面上测得的压制力曲线规律与金属类和陶瓷类粉末压制时的压制力分布类似。根据粉末压制理论,分析预测了坯体相对密度分布规律,为优化压制工艺和改进模具设计提供了理论依据。
Powder metallurgy technology has lots of advantages, such as saving materials, high efficient, nearly final deformation etc. Steel die-compaction process of metal powder is the most familiar methods of materials deformation techniques. By this means, we can acquire the body with uniform density and high strength, in fact it has the important engineering signification. This paper based on the typical die-compaction process techniques of metal powder, compaction model in the interior was presented, Stress distribution function was obtained and calculated. Based on the metal powder pressing theory, we analysed and predicted the law of relative density, it was hereby predicted for optimizing process parameters and dies, the results can also provide the theory base in optimizing pressing techniques and improving mould designs.
