我国图书馆与情报界的两类知识服务

我国图书馆与情报界的“知识服务”是1983年提出来的。图书馆与情报界知识服务的基础理论由其理论基础、基本概念、服务形态与模式、技术环境与团队技能基础、方法论和运作管理等构成。论文把以往图书馆与情报界满足松散型用户间断性需求为目标的知识服务称做第一类知识服务,将其分为三个阶段,初步探讨了该类知识服务的理论基础及其各个阶段应用的服务原理,简单分析了第一类知识服务存在的问题和未来(第四)阶段的努力方向。进而提出图书馆与情报界第二类知识服务新概念,并对其进行了前瞻性设计。第二类知识服务的目标是帮助用户成功,特点是专设性(专益性)、个案全局性(战略性)、连续性、关联型和制度化。
“Knowledge Service”in China’s library and information industry was put forward in 1983. Its basic theory is made up of theory foundation, basic concept, service pattern, technology environment, team craftsmanship, methodology, operation management, etc. This paper regards the knowledge service which aims to meet loose-type users’ discontinuous needs as first type of knowledge service, and divides it into 3 stages. It makes a preliminary study on the theory foundation, service principle in every stage of the first kind of knowledge service, and briefly analyses the problems existed and the striving direction in the future (the fourth stage). Further more, it puts forward the new concept of the second type of knowledge service in library and information industry and for which, the paper makes forward-looking design. The aim of the second-type knowledge service is to help users succeed. Its features are special design (being specially useful for users), considering the whole in case study (being strategic), continuity, relevancy and institutionalization.
