影响企业自主创新内部因素的实证研究

Based on the literature review, the authors put forward the internal index system that affects indigenous innovation, and conduct empirical study on survey data by using SPSS and AMOS. The results of factor analysis verify the internal factors of indigenous innovation index system. Regression analysis shows that the six major internal factors are significantly related with indigenous innovation. The structural equation model shows that the software factors through the hardware factors play the role in indigenous innovation. Finally, the authors point out the revised model of internal enterprise indigenous innovation factors.
