利用多晶硅废渣制备MU25级蒸压砖的试验研究

以多晶硅废渣、粉煤灰、石灰、砂子为原料,经过轮碾、消化、压制、蒸压等工艺制备了MU25级多晶硅废渣蒸压砖,研究了各组份的掺量、蒸压温度与时间对制品性能的影响。结果表明,原料配比为m(废渣):m(粉煤灰):m(石灰):m(河砂)=13:27:10:50,水料比为20.4%,成型压力15MPa,蒸压温度为170℃,蒸压时间为5h,可制得平均抗压强度为27.8MPa,平均抗折强度为5.2MPa的制品。通过XRD、SEM分析,蒸压之后试样中主要的水化产物为托勃莫来石、钙沸石和硬钙硅石。

The MU25 autoclaved brick was prepared with polysilicon residues, fly ash, lime and sand by mixing materials, ageing process, compression moulding and autoclaved curing. The influence of component content, thermostatic time and temperature of autoclaved process on properties of bricks was studied. The results showed that the compressive strength of autoclaved bricks could reach 27.8MPa when the materials proportion of m (polysilicon residues): m (fly ash): m (lime): m (sand) equaled 13:27:10:50 and the water to material ratio was 20.4%. The main compositions of hydration products were found to be tobermorite, gismondine and xonotlite by XRD and SEM analysis.
