服务业在国民经济发展中具有战略性地位,建立可行的针对服务业的顾客满意度指标体系,从某种程度上来说,能够更好的指导企业的经营行为。本文在参考国内外学者研究成果的基础上,结合服务业自身特点,引入了相关的隐变量,并运用结构方程的思想方法,构建了服务业的顾客满意度结构模型和测量模型,为服务业企业实施顾客满意战略提供了理论依据。

Service Industry has a strategic position in the national economic development. To some extent, it is better to guide the enterprises conduct of operations which establish a feasible customer satisfaction index system for the services sector. This paper pull in the relevant latent variables on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research results which combined with the service industry’ characteristics. According Structural Equation thinking method, we can put forward the satisfaction structural model and measurement model as theoretical basis for service enterprises to carry out customer satisfaction strategy.
