he new round of China‘s general land use planning is now being carried out. This paper is based on the background of China’s general land use planning. Firstly,applying the theories of “communicative planning”, And then analyzed the current situation of China‘s public participation in land use planning of the present situation and the existing problems. Finally,the purpose of this paper is to contribute to the revision of land use planning in public participation and a case study at village level. Come to the results that how to put public participation in land use planning into practice in the situation of building a socialist economy with Chinese characteristics. In this paper which will benefit public participation in preparation and implementation of the new round of China’s general land use planning.
