基于WINCE的人力资源管理系统的设计及实现

设计了一种基于WINCE的嵌入式人力资源管理系统。首先阐述了系统的整体框架及其各组成部分功能，然后详细论述了系统的设计思路及其关键技术，并给出了系统的主要部件的硬软件实现方法。实验结果表明该系统使用方便、智能、安全等,且为实现人力资源优化管理提供了一种通用、理想的数据库处理模型。
Human resource management system has been designed based on WINCE in this paper.It firstly tells us the whole frame of system and functions of all components,then thought of design and crucial technology of system has been elaborated in detail,while the accomplishing method of hardware-software in the main parts of the system. Experimental results prove that it is convenient, intelligent, secure etc, providing a universal and ideal database processing model.
