石羊河流域水环境问题及其公众环境意识

本文总结了石羊河流域地表水水化学特征,及地表水污染特征。采用模糊数学方法综合评价了地表水环境质量现状及地表水环境质量演化过程。通过调查计算武威属区河流水环境容量,结果表明古浪河,黄羊河,石羊河-红崖山水库段,红崖山水库下游污染严重,现状污染很大程度超过了环境容量。据环境意识问卷调查,流域公众的环境意识淡薄,并依据调查结果,设计实施活动,包括知识竞赛、论文比赛、面向不同对象的各种培训班,一定程度上提高了公众的环境意识。

The paper summarized the chemical character of surface water and character of surface water pollution in Shiyang River Basin. The fuzzy method was used to assess actuality and evolvement of surface water environment quality. According on the survey and research the river water environmental capacity, Gulang River, Huangyang River, Shiyang River to Hongyashan Reservoir sect, the downstream of Hongyashan Reservoir are seriously polluted, which means now pollution greatly exceeds the environmental capacity. According to questionnaire to investigate the public environmental awareness, the people pay little attention to the environment. Basing on the result, we designed some activities, including knowledge competition, paper competition, discussion facing different people, to improve the public environmental awareness.
