Recent Advances of Trifluoroethoxylation
三氟乙氧基由于具有优异的代谢稳定性和极高的亲脂性,使得含三氟乙氧基的化合物在医药、农药以及材料等领域发挥着重要的作用。因此,对目标有机分子引入三氟乙氧基已成为一门重要的研究课题,受到有机合成化学家的广泛关注。本文重点论述了近期合成三氟乙氧基化合物的研究进展,报道了一系列新型的反应及试剂。最后,对该类反应的发展做了展望。
ue to the high metabolic stability and significant lipophilicity of the CF3CH2O group, the compounds contained CF3CH2O substituent play a very crucial role in the fields of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and material. As a consequence, the incorporation of CF3CH2O into the target organic molecules has became an important research subject and received a great attention. In this paper, the trifluoroethoxylation of aromatic compound was described, highlighting some of the most intriguing reactions using novel reagents. Finally, the perspectives on the development of this reaction are summarized.
