生物体中的大多数分子在结构上都是通过简单分子的配对拼接产生的,这种自然规律在有机化学上的意义就是利用简单的砌块,以偶联反应为基础,可以发展出解决复杂分子合成问题的有效策略。本文以烯烃氢碳化偶联反应为基础,发展了一类利用含有烯基的烷基醇化合物作为结构单元的拼接合成策略。反应中使用烷基碘化物和烯丙基醇作为模型底物,验证了这种拼接策略在实验上的合理性,通过三步反应高效地得到了含有两个烯丙基醇结构单元的产物。

Most of the molecules in the organism are structurally produced by paired splicing of simple molecules. The effect of this natural law on organic chemistry is that the use of simple blocks, based on the coupling reaction, can help developing effective strategies to solve complex molecular synthesis problems. In this paper, based on the hydrocarbonation of olefins, a class of splicing synthesis strategies using alkenyl alcohol-containing alkyl alcohol compounds as structural units was developed. The alkyl iodide and allyl alcohol were used as the model substrate in the reaction, and the rationality of the splicing strategy was verified. The product containing two allyl alcohol structural units was obtained efficiently by three - step reaction.
