目的 改进高效液相色谱法测定复方祛疤凝胶中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1的方法。方法 色谱条件:Diamonsil C18柱( 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱( 0~25 min,25%~40%乙腈),柱温35℃,ELSD漂移管温度48℃,气体流速为3.0 L/min。结果 三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1的回归方程分别为:logY=1.630 1logX +1.498,r = 0.999 9(0.416~2.496 μg);logY = 1.653 2logX +1.672 9,r = 0.999 6(1.694~10.164 μg);logY = 1.7138 logX +1.687 4,r = 0.999 7(1.552~9.312 μg)。结论 采用改进的测定方法简单、结果可靠,为复方祛疤凝胶中三七药材的质量控制提供了快速准确的测定方法。

objective: To improve the determination method of Notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rg1and Ginsenoside Rb1 in removing scar gel compound by HPLC. Method : Chromatographiccondition: Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-water, gradient elution (0~25 min, acetonitrile from 25%~40%); column temperature 35℃; ELSD drift tube temperature 48℃; gas velocity 3.0 L/min. Result: Regression equations of Notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rg1and Ginsenoside Rb1 are logY=1.630 1logX +1.498, r = 0.999 9(0.416~2.496 μg); logY = 1.653 2logX +1.672 9, r = 0.999 6(1.694~10.164 μg); logY = 1.7138 logX +1.687 4, r = 0.999 7(1.552~9.312 μg)respectively. Conclusion: The improved determination method is simple and reliable, and it can provide quick and accurate determination method for quality control of Panax notoginseng in removing scar gel compound.
