财政支出结构与经济增长关系的实证分析--以福建省为例

his article taking the fiscal expenditure statistics from 1995 to 2009 of Fujian province as Samples , and makes use of related empirical measurement methods to analyze the impact of different types of financial expenditure on economic growth, it showed that Per capita GDP growth and infrastructure expenses, administrative expenses, Social Security spending accounted for local financial proportion of total expenditure was negatively correlated, with science and education expenditures, agricultural expenditure accounts for the total proportion of local fiscal expenditure was positively correlated. Based on the above analysis, the paper proposed relevant policy recommendations from the term of infrastructure, administrative costs, agriculture, science, education and social security.
