液压挖掘机回转马达机械式制动器的研究
Study on Mechanical Brake of Slewing motor of Hydraulic excavator
首先,本文介绍了一种小型挖掘机中液压回转马达的制动油路,并介绍了机械式制动器的组成和工作原理。接着,针对小型挖掘机中液压回转马达的制动油路,分析了机械式制动器要延迟制动的必要性,同时论述了采用流量阀可以达到延迟制动的目的。在本文中,作者采用了国际先进的仿真软件AMEsim对机械式制动器的制动缸进行建模,并对该系统的动态特性进行仿真,通过对仿真结果的分析,验证了采用流量阀机械式制动器可以延迟制动。在文中还给出了一组不同的节流孔直径的值并对其进行仿真分析,得出了一些有益规律,并为液压回转马达机械式制动器系统设计中的参数选择提供了很好的参考价值。
t first, in this paper, it introduces a kind of brake circuits of hydraulic slewing motor of the mini excavator, and it introduces the composition and working principle of mechanical brake. Aiming to the brake circuits of hydraulic slewing motor of the mini excavator, analyzing the delay brake of mechanical brake is necessary, and it describes using flow valve can achieves the target. Dynamic characteristics of the brake jar of the mechanical brake were simulated using AMESim, which is one of the advanced simulation software in the world. The simulation validates mechanical brake delaying brake by using flow valve. And it also gives a different set of values of the orifice, and by analyzing the simulation results it gains a useful conclusion, it has an important reference value for the parameters’ selection in design.
