为了研究粉煤灰掺量、不同水灰比对泵送混凝土碳化影响,制作了不同水胶比、不同粉煤灰掺量的混凝土标准试块,并对达到龄期的标准试块进行碳化试验及扫描电镜试验。分析了不同粉煤灰掺量、不同水胶比的泵送混凝土碳化性能及粉煤灰掺量与水胶比对泵送混凝土碳化影响的显著性,研究了粉煤灰泵送混凝土碳化原因。试验结果表明:粉煤灰掺量和水胶比对粉煤灰泵送混凝土碳化性能有重要影响,泵送混凝土碳化深度随粉煤灰掺量、水胶比增加而增大;水胶比超过0.4,粉煤灰掺量超过10%时,粉煤灰泵送混凝土早期碳化明显;水胶比小于0.3,粉煤灰掺量超过30%可以有效抑制混凝土开裂所造成的碳化深度增加,其中,粉煤灰掺量对粉煤灰泵送混凝土的碳化性能的影响较大。扫描电镜试验表明:随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,泵送混凝土的孔隙结构不断明显,有变大、变深的趋势;随着水胶比的增大,混凝土表面孔隙增加,趋于均匀分布,蜂窝状凸显。

In order to study the influence of the ratio of admixture fly ash on pumping concrete carbonation, produced different water-binder ratio and ratio of admixture fly ash concrete reference block, and reach the age of standard test blocks for carbonization test and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) test. Analyzed the different dosage of fly ash and water-binder ratio of pumped concrete carbonization performance, studies the carbonization reason of the fly ash pumping concrete. The results showed that the dosage of fly ash and water-binder ratio has important influence on fly ash pumping concrete carbonization performance, pumping concrete carbonation depth increases with increasing dosage of fly ash and water cement ratio; Water-binder ratio greater than 0.4, dosage of fly ash more than 10%, fly ash concrete carbonization obvious at early stage; water-binder ratio is less than 0.3, more than 30% dosage of fly ash can effectively inhibit the carbonation depth increased caused by concrete cracking. Among them, Dosage of fly ash effect on the properties of fly ash pumping concrete carbonization is bigger. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) test show that, with the increase of dosage of fly ash pumping concrete pore structure is obvious, the trend of change big, deep; With the increase of water cement ratio, surface of concrete porosity increased, tend to be more evenly distributed, the honeycomb.
