烟草VOZ基因家族的鉴定与生物信息学分析
Identification and bioinformatic analysis of the VOZ gene family in Nicotiana tabacum
采用生物信息学方法鉴定了烟草中VOZ转录因子中的家族成员,并对其蛋白序列的理化性质、保守基序、基因结构、系统进化发育关系、启动子区域顺式作用元件进行了分析;探讨了烟草VOZ家族成员在脱落酸(ABA)和水杨酸(SA)两种激素处理下转录水平的变化。结果表明:烟草VOZ家族共有4个家族成员;烟草和番茄的VOZ基因的亲缘关系最近;4个VOZ转录因子均积极响应两种激素的处理,NtVOZ1和NtVOZ4均在处理24h后有上升趋势,而NtVOZ2和NtVOZ3均在处理24h后有下降趋势,说明NtVOZs可能参与了植物激素的响应。
his study utilized bioinformatics methods to identify the family members of the VOZ transcription factors in N. tabacum and analyzed their protein sequences for physicochemical properties, conserved motifs, gene structure, phylogenetic relationships, and cis-acting elements in the promoter region. Additionally, changes in the transcript levels of N. tabacum VOZ family members under abscisic acid and salicylic acid treatment were investigated. The results revealed the existence of 4 VOZ family members in N. tabacum, with the VOZ genes in N. tabacum and S. lycopersicum exhibiting the highest degree of relatedness. All the 4 VOZ transcription factors could respond to abscisic acid and salicylic acid. Specifically, after 24 hours of treatment, NtVOZ1 and NtVOZ4 exhibited increased expression levels, while NtVOZ2 and NtVOZ3 displayed a decreasing trend, indicating the potential involvement of NtVOZs in phytohormone response.
