提高博士研究生培养质量的具体措施

In this paper a series of feasible means for improvement and strengthening of PhD student cultivation are brought forward according to the problems existing in many universities of our country during recent years. Measures involve reinforcing the construction of PhD tutors, watching over every joint of cultivation strictly, strengthening the ensuring system of PhD dissertation and improving the institution of thesis review. In general, all of the means are set up in order to enhance the cultivating quality of PhD students.
