基于PEST分析的研究生学术道德培养体系研究
Education system of academic morality for postgraduate: a PEST analysis
近年来,随着我国研究生教育规模的持续扩大,部分研究生对学术道德认识不足,学术不端现象频频出现,学术道德失范事件时有发生。如何提升研究生学术道德,对研究生的培养质量至关重要。基于PEST分析法,从政治因素(P)、经济因素(E)、社会因素(S)、技术因素(T)四个方面针对研究生学术道德培养体系进行较为全面的剖析,并提出了相应的十条建设策略,如统一落实惩处制度、健全奖学金分配制度、树立学术道德风尚、完善论文监察机制等,为深化研究生学术道德素质培养提供参考和指导意见。
uring the past years, there are increasing size for the education of graduate students. However, some graduate students still have insufficient understanding of academic morality, and the academic misconduct of graduate students occured frequently. How to improve such understanding of graduate students is vital for the cultivation of graduate students. PEST analysis was used to analyze the academic moral education system for graduate students, based on politics (P), economy (E), society (S) and technology (T) factors. Ten points of corresponding development strategies wereproposed, such as unifying the implementation ofpunishmentsystem,improving the scholarship allocation system,establishingthe academic morality ethos, and improving the research supervision mechanism. The present work provides useful guidance for deepening the cultivation of academic morality of graduate students.
