轧机辊缝控制系统的仿真研究

Simulating Research of Roll gap Control System

液压辊缝控制是轧机实现板带材生产的主要方式,本文深入分析轧机厚度控制机理之后,在相关参考文献的基础上考虑了全辊系负载因素,并建立了相应的数学模型,得到了APC系统的仿真模型。借助MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件对该模型的动态特性进行了分析,仿真结果表明,文中对液压缸及负载系统的简化方案是合理的,为轧机厚度控制系统的进一步研究提供了方法。

Hydraulic gap control is the main method for board and strip production, after deeply analyzing the thickness control mechanism, the rolls loading factor is considered on the basic of relative literature and corresponding mathematic model is established in the article and the dynamic simulation model of APC system is established at the same time. The dynamic nature of model is analyzed by using MATLAB-SIMULNK. Simulation results has shown that the projection of simplifying hydraulic and loading system is reasonable, providing a new method for mill thickness control system.
