青香乳康颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用研究

Objiective To evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of qingxiangrukang granules. Methods Anti-inflammatory effect of qingxiangrukang granules were observed by mice pedal swelling test induced bycotton granuloma test and mice auricle swelling test induced by xylene.Analgesic action of qingxiangrukang granules was observed by mice aceticacid-induced t-wisting test and hot plate in mice.Rsults qingxiangrukang granules could inhibit ear inflammati-on induced by xylene in mice and reduce the weight of cotton granuloma in mice. It was de-monstrated that qingxiangrukang granules had anti-inflammatory effects. Analgesic tests showed that qingxiangrukang granules could significantly improve the pain threshold of mice, and effe-ctively reduce writhing response frequency induced by acetic acid. Conclusions qingxiangrukan-g granules have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
