大黄中蒽醌类物质最佳提取条件的研究
Study on the best condition of extraction of anthraquinone in rhubarb
大黄中含有蒽醌类成分，具有很强的抑菌作用，可作为植物源农药的原料。为此，本文根据乙醇浓度、乙醇投加量、回流时间和回流次数四个因素对提取率的影响，利用正交实验法设计了9个水平组合，研究了醇提法提取大黄中蒽醌类物质的最佳条件。研究结果表明，乙醇浓度为80%、乙醇投加量为75ml、回流时间为1.5小时、回流次数为2次是乙醇提取大黄中蒽醌类物质的最佳条件。
he anthraquinones in Rhubarb has strong bacteriostatic effect ,so it can be used as raw materials of the botanical pesticides .Therefore ,this paper take the concentration of alcohol, the amount of alcohol, the return time and the times into consideration, and designed a orthogonal experiment to find the best method of extraction. The results show that the best option of extracting is 75 ml 80% ethanol, extraction time of 1.5 hours, 2 times of returning.
