本研究在2型糖尿病患者的膳食营养干预中引入白芸豆淀粉酶抑制剂(α-AI),研究其对2型糖尿病糖代谢指标的影响,为糖尿病的营养干预提供更简便、有效的方案。选取2型糖尿病患者90名,分为实验组(综合膳食营养干预组)和对照组(一般膳食营养干预组)(实验组实际人数63人,对照组实际人数27人),进行为期18周的营养干预试验。实验组干预期间每餐餐前饮用白芸豆α-AI,对照组饮用同剂量麦芽糊精,其他干预措施两组相同。所有受试者定期监测血糖。结果显示,实验组平均血红蛋白、空腹和餐后血糖均显著下降,下降幅度显著大于对照组。实验组低密度脂蛋白(LDL)下降幅度显著大于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)升高幅度显著大于对照组。干预后,实验组和对照组血红蛋白、平均BMI以及尿酸水平没有明显的改变。白芸豆α-AI可以调节2型糖尿病患者的血糖和血脂,对糖尿病患者的血管并发症有一定的改善作用,有望成为一种新型调节血糖血脂的保健食品。

In this study, α-Amylase inhibitor was introduced into the diet nutrition intervention of type 2 diabetic patients to study its effect on the glycometabolism index of type 2 diabetes, so as to provide a more simple and effective scheme for the nutrition intervention of diabetes. 90 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups: the experimental group (comprehensive diet nutrition intervention group) and the control group (general diet nutrition intervention group) (the actual number of the experimental group is 63, the actual number of the control group is 27). The nutrition intervention experiment lasted for 18 weeks. The experimental group was given α - AI of white kidney bean before each meal, the control group was given the same dose of maltodextrin, and the other two groups were given the same intervention. Blood glucose was monitored regularly in all subjects. The results showed that the average hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose decreased significantly in the experimental group, and the decrease was significantly greater than that in the control group. The decrease of LDL in the experimental group was significantly larger than that in the control group, and the increase of HDL in the experimental group was significantly larger than that in the control group. After intervention, there were no significant changes in hemoglobin, BMI and uric acid levels in the experimental group and the control group. White kidney bean α - AI can regulate the blood glucose and blood lipid of type 2 diabetic patients, improve the vascular complications of diabetic patients, and is expected to become a new type of health food regulating blood glucose and blood lipid.
