ransesterification catalyzed by solid base CaO-MgO-Al2O3 into biodiesel
通过共沉淀法制备三种钙基固体碱催化剂CaO-MgO-Al2O3、CaO-MgO和CaO,用于催化大豆油与甲醇的酯交换反应制备生物柴油。采用耐酸性、碱强度、吸水性、润湿性、热重和XRD对其结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,与CaO-MgO和CaO相比,CaO-MgO-Al2O3具有更高的催化活性、更好的耐酸性和更强的抗吸水性。
hree calcium-based solid base catalysts CaO-MgO-Al2O3, CaO-MgO, and CaO were prepared by coprecipitation method and used as the catalyst for the production of biodiesel by transesterification reaction of soybean oil with methanol. In addition, the three calcium-based solid base catalysts were characterized by acidoresistance, basic strength, hydroscopicity, wettability, thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray diffraction. In comparison with CaO-MgO and CaO catalyst, CaO-MgO-Al2O3 catalyst showed higher catalytic activity, better acidoresistance, and higher resistance to water.
