基于连通区域计数法对活体粘连细胞计数
ounting Method of Living Adherent Cells Based on Connected Domain
针对活体细胞培养环境中,可能出现的粘连、重叠等情况,本文提出了连通区域计数法对活体粘连细胞进行计数。从细胞形态学出发,结合开、闭运算,孔洞填充实现了细胞图像预处理,采用距离变化的分水岭分割方法完成了对粘连细胞图像的分割。本文运用了连通区域计数法实现了准确、智能、快速计数。实验结果表明,连通区域计数法能够实现活体粘连细胞的快速准确实时计数,具有较好的鲁棒性。
ue to the possibility of cells adhesion, overlap and other situations in the living cells culture environment, an improved counting method based on the connected domain for color living adherent cell images were proposed. According to the morphological characteristics of cells, a combination method with the opening and closing operation and connected domain filling was used in the image preprocessing procedure. Then, the watershed transform with distance transformation was presented to realize the cells segmentation. Finally, the improved counting method based on the connected domain was proposed and analyzed to precisely calculate the quantity of cells. The experimental results show that the identification method works well with the advantages of accurately, high speed and good robustness.
