运用Excite Designer研究某机车柴油机的轴系扭振
Using Excite Designer to research the torsional vibration of a Locomotive-type Diesel Engine
EXCITE Designer是用于发动机初期开发中确定轴系布置,驱动系扭振分析等的必备优化工具。由于其运行快速可靠的特点,现广泛应用于世界上很多摩托车、汽车、大功率发动机的设计。本文运用这款软件,根据厂家所提供的发动机技术文件数据将发动机轴系简化为多质量系统,建立模型并输入各部分参数,计算出扭振结果,检验正常工况下扭振振幅与应力情况,并分析第一缸熄火时对发动机扭振产生的影响。最后得出的结论是正常工况下扭振情况良好,而单缸熄火时扭振振幅以及应力值容易过大,所以应该避免这种情况发
EXCITE Designer is used to determine the shaft arrangement in the initial development of the engine, the essential optimization tool of the drive system torsional vibration analysis. Due to its characteristics of fast and reliable operation, is widely used in the design of the motorcycles, automobiles, high-power engine in the world. In this paper, using the software, according the technical documentation provided by the engine manufacturers to simplify the engine shaft as much quality system, build the model and enter the appropriate data to the model parameters, calculate the torsional vibration, amplitude the torsional vibration and stress under the normal conditions, then analyze the engine torsional vibration when the first cylinder flames out. Finally, the torsional vibration is good in normal condition, the amplitude of torsional vibration and stress are bigger easily when the first cylinder flames out. So should avoid this.
