河北省高校机构知识库的现状与发展对策

he institutional repository is a knowledge base to collect and preserve the knowledge resources of an university or several universities. In developed countries, the development of institutional repository is more mature, IR play an increasingly important role in the academic environment in the world today，and our IR construction is still in its infancy，but develop rapidly. Through investigation，there is not yet an university in Hebei Province built in the true sense of the IR. First universities in Hebei Province should established IR system platform framework under the guidance of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and CALIS，And on this basis,explore IR sustainable development path.
