光遗传学系统数据库的构建及分析

生物细胞信号和分子功能的精准调控在精准医学领域具有重要的应用价值。光遗传学(Optogenetics)的出现使得在时间和空间上对细胞信号和分子功能进行精准调控成为了现实。光遗传学整合光学(Optics)和遗传学(Genetics),通过在细胞水平靶向表达对光敏感的蛋白,使光敏蛋白作为光敏工具用于调控特定的信号通路和分子功能。经过近20年的发展,已经有大量的光遗传学系统作为研究工具被开发出来。本文通过文献调研和生物信息分析的方法获取了光遗传学系统的组成元件及其相关的重要信息,构建了基于光遗传学系统来调控信号通路和分子功能的数据库OPSIMO。作为首个开放的光遗传学系统的分析平台,OPSIMO提供的相关数据为开发新的光遗传系统奠定了坚实的基础。

Precise regulation of biological cell signals and molecular function is of vital importance in the field of precision medicine. The emergence of optogenetic makes it possible to accurately regulate cell signals and molecular functions in space and time. Optogenetics is the integration of Optics and Genetics, which enables light-sensitive protein to function as light responsible tools to regulate specific signaling pathways and molecular function by targeted expression of light-sensitive proteins at cellular level. After nearly 20 years\' development, a large number of optogenetic systems have been developed as research tools. In this paper, the key components of optogenetic systems and related information were collected through literature research and bioinformatic analysis, and OPSIMO, a database for regulating signaling pathways and molecular functions based on optogenetic systems was constructed. As the first open-access optogenetic system database, and the data provided by OPSIMO lays a solid foundation for the development of next generation optogenetic systems.
