感冒前中后尿液样本的收集和尿蛋白质组的比较

he collection of patients\' biological samples is important for medical research and clinical practice. However, it is difficult to collect samples before the onset of disease. Urine proteome can sensitively reflect the changes in the body at early stages of disease, and can be used as a good source of biomarkers. Therefore, it is important to preserve urine samples of patients at different stages. Cold is a common disease with high frequency and short course, which is convenient to collect urine samples of patients at different stages. In this study, urine samples from 7 patients with cold were collected before the onset of cold symptoms, after the onset of cold symptoms and after the recovery of cold. The urine proteome was profiled by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The results show that, compared with before the cold, the urine proteins of the patients after the onset of cold symptoms and after the recovery of cold have changed significantly, and there are significant differences among different patients.
