微生物群落是人工湿地的重要组成部分，它的存在特征和分布情况对湿地系统的污染物去除效果有很大的影响。近几年来关于微生物的研究引起了国内外广泛的关注也取得了很多成果。本文总结了国内外研究人员在微生物特征和分布规律上取得的优秀成果，并给出在此方面未来研究的展望。
he microbial community is the very important component of the contrasted wetland and its characteristics and distribute disciplinarian had very big effect to wastewater purification. The studies on it have caught many attentions and research results in resent years. In this paper it summarizes the excellent research results from the researchers on home and abroad and the trends in the development of this research aspect were also discussed．
