车身概念设计系统的开发及关键技术
evelopment and key Techniques of Automotive Body Concept Design System
在车身结构概念设计阶段,传统的车身结构设计方法效率很低,为此在UG平台上开发了一种全新的车身结构概念设计系统,介绍了该系统的特点以及流程,着重阐述了该系统采用的关键技术,该系统采用Wizard UI建立用户操作界面,利用知识熔接技术建立车身模板,通过电子技术建立数据库,结合UG/OPEN API提供的函数实现各种系统功能。利用该系统对某款轿车进行了刚度与模态的分析,并与详细设计的结果进行了对比,结果基本符合概念设计的要求,证明了此系统的有效性及可靠性。
Efficiency of the traditional automotive body design method is very low at phase of automotive body structure concept design. So the new automotive body structure concept design system was developed on UG. The Characteristics and workflow was introduced, the key techniques were described at some length. The user interface was created by Wizard UI technique and the template of car body was created by Knowledge Fusion technique, the database was build by Spreadsheet technology and the functions of system were realized by UG/OPEN API functions. The stiffness and model of certain car were analyzed by system and compared with result of detailed result. The result meets the concept design requirement. It proves the effective and reliability and improves efficiency of the design greatly.
