苹果厌氧发酵产甲烷途径的控制研究

采用批式试验(反应瓶为500ml的具塞锥形瓶),以破碎苹果为底物,以厌氧罐污泥为接种物质,探讨了苹果厌氧发酵产甲烷乙醇途径的最佳反应条件,试验结果表明,反应在温度为中温35℃,pH=4,F/M=10,水力停留时间HRT=72h等条件下,苹果厌氧发酵产甲烷的途径主要为乙醇型发酵途径,其发酵菌群不是传统的酵母菌群而是梭状短杆菌群。
Batch type test was adopted (500ml cone-shaped bottle with plug) for methane production using crushed apple for the substrate and with anaerobic cans sludge for inocula.We discussed the best reaction conditions for biomass waste anaerobic fermentation producting material. It was found that at temperature 35 ℃, pH = 4, F/M = 10, hydraulic retention time HRT = 72h etc conditions, ethanol type fermentation was primary in Apple anaerobic ferment producing methane .The microflora of ethanol type fermentation was not conventional yeast strains,but was Spindle short rod bacteria.
