电离辐射诱导肠道细胞部分电解质改变的研究
Study on ionizing radiation induces electrolyte changes in intestinal cells
本文从体内和体外两个方面研究了辐射是否能引起肠道细胞内电解质浓度的改变,以期从该方向上找到辐射导致细胞死亡的原因。小鼠经6MeV X线15Gy的腹部照射后,于照后15min、30min、1h、2h采集血液,使用生化仪检测血清中钾离子、氯离子、钠离子、钙离子、镁离子和磷的浓度。HCT116细胞和sw480细胞经2Gy照射后,于照后30min、60min、90min、2h、2.5h、3h收集细胞外液及裂解液,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪检测钾离子、氯离子的浓度,通过计算得到相对流出比例。结果显示,辐射可以引起细胞内钾离子的外流,推测细胞钾离子外流可能是辐射导致细胞后期死亡的原初原因。?????
his article explores whether in vivo and in vitro, radiation can cause changes in electrolyte concentration in the intestinal cells, in order to find the cause of radiation-induced cell death in this direction.The mice abdomen were irradiated with X-ray for 15Gy, blood was collected at 15min, 30min, 1h, and 2h after irradiation. The concentration of K+, Cl-, etc. in the serum was measured with a biochemical analyzer. The HCT116 cells and sw480 cells were irradiated with 2Gy, and extracellular fluid and lysate were collected at 30min, 60min, 90min, 2h, 2.5h, and 3h after irradiation. The concentration of K+ and Cl- was measured by inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy, and the outflow ratio values were calculated. The results show that radiation can cause the outflow of intracellular K+, and it is speculated that the outflow of K+ may be the primary cause of radiation leading to late cell death.?????
