应用二甲醚的电控单体泵喷射系统仿真研究

本文针对电控单体泵的工作原理和二甲醚燃料的理化特性建立了二甲醚电控单体泵喷射系统的数学模型,并利用Matlab/Simulink软件开发了该系统的仿真软件。不同工况下的仿真结果表明:在电控单体泵上应用二甲醚时,喷射压力峰值降低,循环供油量减少;针阀升程曲线呈三角形,上升和下降速度变慢;减小面积比,增大喷射脉宽可以提高该燃料在该系统上的喷射性能。

The mathematic model of EUP and the simulation software of the system by using of the Matlab/simulink are established on the basis of the working principle of Electronic Unit Pump (EUP)、the physical and chemical characters of Dimethyl Ether (DME). The study demonstrates that the maximum injection pressure of DME and the quantity of DME in a circulation decrease; the curve of lift of valve in injection is similar to triangle , the rate of up and down of which is lower; at the same time in order to get better injection capability of the system, it is reasonable to increase the width of the pulse and decrease the ratio of area between the pump and spout of injector.
