卟啉纳米组装和仿生催化
Nanoassembly of porphyrin with nanomaterial and its biocatalysis
卟啉是一种具有良好的光、电催化性能的生物蛋白酶模型化合物。在生物体,很多卟啉类蛋白酶经常自组装成纳米大小的超分子结构来实现基本的生物功能和催化作用。因此,为了更好地模拟生物酶的生物功能,有序地组装仿生酶就变得非常必要了。本综述从卟啉仿生酶的合成、有序纳米组装和仿生催化三方面进行了评述,开辟了一条构建光、电化学生物传感器的新途径。
Porphyrin is the analogue of metalloenzyme with excellent optical and electrochemical properties. In biological systems, in order to realize the biofunction and biocatalysis, many metalloenzymes aggregate to form suprastructure with nanosize. Thus, it is significant to orderly assemble porphyrins to mimic the function of metalloenzyme. In this review, the systhysis of porphyrins, assembly of porphyrin and biosensing of porphyrin-nanomaterial composite are highlighted, and open a new venue for the development of novel electrochemical and photoelectrochemical biosensor.
