本文针对建筑施工工程评标中出现的模糊性问题，将模糊数学中模糊综合评价模型应用到评标过程中，建立了综合指标评价体系，给出了模糊综合评判评标的步骤，并结合实例予以说明，使评标更具有科学性、公平性。
