计量型统计过程控制的应用

统计过程控制(SPC)是现代企业进行质量管理的一种重要方法,通过实施SPC,可极大地降低废品率和企业成本,显著提高企业效益。SPC实时收集工序数据,并将工序当前的测量值同标准值进行比较,运用控制图等抽样统计技术判定工序是否处于控制状态。本文将先就计量型的统计过程控制的原理进行介绍,包括正态分布的原理,计量型抽样统计的特点和控制图的作用,进而给出实际求解的过程及均值-极差图的构造方法。

Statistical Process Control(SPC) is an important way for modern enterprise to conduct quality management.Using SPC can reduce rejection rate on a large scale and improve efficiency of the enterprise.SPC collects the data of process on time,compares the measured result of correspondent process with the standard figure,and deside whether the process is in controlled state with the control chart and many other sampling statistics method.This paper introduce control of variable SPC,including normal distribution,the feature of sampling statistics by variables ,the function of control chart,and then shows the process of practical use and the construction way of mean-range control chart.
