均匀化和轧制工艺参数对ZK60-1.0Y合金板材组织和力学性能的影响
Effects of homogenization and rolling parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK60-1.0Y alloy sheet
采用金相、透射电镜、拉伸实验和断口分析等手段研究了均匀化和轧制工艺参数对ZK60-1.0Y镁合金板材微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,轧制温度为400℃、轧制应变速率为9.1s-1时,均匀化态ZK60-1.0Y合金轧制板材的综合力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为335MPa、254MPa和25.5%;其动态再结晶程度随着轧制温度的升高而提高,但再结晶晶粒尺寸逐渐长大;轧制应变速率介于7.1s-1至16.2s-1时,其再结晶晶粒尺寸随着应变速率的增大而减小,但动态再结晶体积分数呈现先增加后下降的趋势。
In this paper the effects of homogenization and rolling parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of the as-rolled ZK60-1.0Y alloy plates are investigated by OM,TEM, tensile testing and fracture analysis. The results show that the plates prepared by the homogenized ingots with the rolling temperature of 400℃ and the rolling strain rate of 9.1s-1 exhibit the best combination of mechanical properties, with ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of 335MPa, 254MPa and 25.5% respectively. The extent of DRX increases with the higher rolling temperature, but the DRX grains are coarser. With the rolling strain rate between 7.1s-1 and 16.2s-1, the DRX grains become finer and the volume fraction of DRX exhibits an increase at first and then a reduction with the higher rolling strain rate.
