基于DTI技术的针刺效应及机制研究探讨

背景:弥散张量成像﹙diffusion tensor imaging,DTI﹚是近几年发展迅速的一项新的磁共振成像技术。本文从DTI技术的基本原理、临床应用现状、与fMRI技术联合应用情况、运用该技术进行针刺研究的优势4个方面进行总结。研究现状:DTI技术作为目前唯一能无创性活体研究脑白质结构及白质束形态的检查技术,在研究脑的解剖和功能、诊治白质相关病变方面具有重要的意义。研究用途:可将其引入到针刺研究领域将有利于针刺治疗效应的评价以及针刺效应中枢机制的阐释。

Background:Make an introduction about its fundamental principles in techniques, and summarize the clinical application, application combined with functional magnetic resonance imaging and advantages in acupuncture research. Present state: As a noninvasive technique, DTI has great advantages on showing the distribution of white matter fiber pathway and its three-dimensional structures in living body. It has great significance for the study of anatomization and function of the brain, and plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases of white matter. Uses: When applied to acupuncture research, DTI is very helpful to evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and reveal the underlying central mechanism of acupuncture effect.
