Experimental Research on the Correlativity between the Working Load of Bolts and Surrounding Rock Deformation

在现有锚杆支护巷道围岩稳定性研究的基础上,提出了通过锚杆工作荷载评估巷道围岩稳定性的设想。采用物理相似模拟的方法对其进行了实验研究。根据巷道围岩控制理论和实验研究结果,分析了承载条件下巷道周边围岩变形特征;揭示了在巷道加载破坏过程中,锚杆工作荷载随巷道围岩变形位移的演化规律;重点研究了在巷道变形、失稳、破坏各阶段中锚杆工作荷载与围岩表面位移的相关性,并依此建立了二者之间的对应关系。利用上述关系,通过锚杆工作荷载的无损检测实现对巷道围岩稳定性的判断和评估,为现场实时分析和评价巷道围岩稳定性及其支护结构的合理性提供了必要的理论与技术支持。

On the basis of the research achievement, this paper proposes the evaluation of the surrounding rock stability by working load of rock bolts, and experimental research has been conducted on it with the physical analogous simulation. According to the surrounding rock control theory and the experimental results, this paper analyses the characteristics of surrounding rock deformation of roadway in the case of bearing load. This paper also reveals the evolution laws of the bolts' working load with surrounding rock surface displacement and focuses on the relevance between the working load and the surface displacement of surrounding rock in the process of deformation, instability, destruction and thus determine the corresponding relationship of them. Using the relationship and the nondestructive testing of working load of rock bolts, we can achieve judgment and evaluation of the surrounding rock stability, and provides necessary theoretical and technical support for on-site analysis and real-time evaluation of the surrounding rock stability and its support structure rationality.
