受动抑或主动：城市土地集约利用促进性因素机理研究

In this paper, the author break through the original analysis of the limiting factors of the urban land, from the perspective of the actors who engage the land of urban, and make an original research on the promotion factors of the urban land intensive. Then the author divide land-intensive type into two parts: initiative land intensive behavior and Passive land intensive behavior. Further, we make a subdivision and carve out four types, they include endogenous initiative intensive, exogenous initiative intensive, tact passive intensive and obligatory passive intensive , and in order to further distinction and research, we put them together into the chart called compound coordinate system which includes private benefits, private costs , social benefits and social costs. besides, we explain the causes , describe the performance of those intensive types respectively . At last, we make a relative research on classification and operation of the promoting factors of the land-intensive.
